Now Air was born from the vision of three seasoned pioneers, each boasting an impressive background in military and professional aviation. United by a shared commitment to redefine air travel, our trio of highly experienced pilots and business leaders brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the helm.

Hunter Nedin

Chief Pilot

Hunter Nedin brings a diverse background and wide realm of experience to his role as Chief Pilot at Now Air. He currently flies the Douglas DC10 fighting wildfires around the globe when he's not helping manage and grow our operation. Hunter’s background brings thousands of hours of accident free and incident free flying, in over 58 different types.

Throughout his professional aviation journey, he has flown in FAA Part 91/135 operations domestically and internationally, air attack/firefighting, aerobatics, backcountry/mountain flying, cross country ferry flying for aircraft dealers and individuals, seaplane flying, aerial advertising and more. These different environments have enhanced his skills and abilities as a leader and pilot, and he has been a great addition to our growing team at Now Air.

Brett Bieberdorf

Owner/CEO

Brett is a graduate from the California State University Long Beach with a degree in Operations Management and has been in the industrial construction industry for over 35 years. Starting as a family business in the early 1960’s by Brett’s father, Brett and his sister Ann purchased the business from their parents in 2005. They proceeded to build an excellent reputation in aviation, heavy highway and industrial electrical infrastructure projects such as the Border Wall between the US and Mexico.

Brett serves as the Chairman of the Board of Rural Electric and is active in the day-to-day business operations with a focus on growth strategy and business development. Brett has had a passion for flying since 1994 and has approximately 1,500 hours experience as a private instrument pilot. Brett has been very active in fund-raising efforts supporting the men and women in the military for over 15 years.

Paul Thompson

COO - Chief Operations Officer

Paul is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Aviation Management and currently flies commercially for United Airlines, domestically and internationally. Paul is qualified in the B-737, A320, B-757, B-767 and B-777 aircraft. Paul has over 19,000 hours flying privately, military, and commercially. Prior to flying with United Airlines, Paul had a distinguished military career, serving the United States Air Force for 28 years traveling to over 52 countries around the globe.

He has over 150 combat missions and obtaining the rank of LtCol. before retirement. In the USAF, Paul flew and instructed in the T-38, C-141 and C-17. Paul is also certified by the FAA as a flight Instructor. Paul donates his time mentoring and teaching flying to youth with the Aviation Explorers at Falcon Field in Mesa, AZ. Paul also has a passion for military warbirds. He owns a 1942 Boeing Stearman and a 1947 Piper Cub. Paul fly’s Stearmans, T-6’s and C-47’s for the Commemorative Air Force. He has been very active supporting youth programs and military charities for over 25 years. Professional Affiliations include; Order of Daedalians, Airline Pilots Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association, Experimental Aircraft Association, National Business Aircraft Association, Commemorative Air Force, Veteran of Foreign Wars.
